A plain-language summary of our services, fees, and how we work with clients.
Tigere Capital & Wealth provides investment management and wealth advisory services to individuals, families, and institutions. The services offered by an investment adviser differ from those of broker-dealers and it is important that you understand those differences. Free and simple tools are available to research investment advisers and broker-dealers at www.investor.gov/CRS.
Tigere Capital & Wealth offers the following services:
Where we manage assets on a discretionary basis, we make investment decisions on your behalf without requiring prior approval for each transaction. We provide ongoing supervision and monitoring as part of our standard service.
Ask us: Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?
Our fees are agreed with each client individually and are typically structured as a percentage of assets under management, charged quarterly. Fee rates vary based on the service, strategy, and size of the account.
In addition to our advisory fees, accounts may incur costs from custodians or brokers, including brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and related charges. You will pay fees and costs whether or not your investments make money. Fees reduce the amount of money you make on investments over time.
Ask us: What fees will I pay, and how might they affect my investments over time?
When we act as your investment adviser, we must act in your best interest and put your interests ahead of our own. At the same time, the way we are compensated creates potential conflicts between our interests and yours.
Ask us: How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?
Tigere Capital & Wealth is committed to acting in the best interests of each client at all times. We apply a fiduciary standard to our advisory relationships, meaning we are obligated to provide advice that prioritises your interests.
Tigere Capital & Wealth has no legal or disciplinary history.
